The project submission period for FEST - Pitching Forum 2024 is on its final leg. You now have 3 weeks left to submit your feature or short film projects, or your series concepts.
As usual, we are currently looking for projects under the following formats:
- Feature & short length film projects and series projects in any development phase, from concept to post-production;
- All genres and filmmaking techniques, including, fiction, documentary, animation and experimental films.
FEST - Pitching Forum is the perfect platform for you to test your project while you simultaneously get a chance to find the support you need to make it come true. So make sure to take advantage of this opportunity.

FEST 2024 will take place between the 24th of June and the 1st of July 2024, in Espinho, Portugal.

ABOUT FEST
Since its establishment in 2004, FEST — New Directors, New Films Festival has quickly become one of the leading platforms for international film professionals, emerging and established alike, to come together to present their work, exchange knowledge, network and collaborate.
Set in the coastal resort town of Espinho, Portugal, FEST presents film competitions, masterclasses and workshops, a Pitching Forum and more, featuring the biggest names in world cinema.

We are accepting films and projects under the following formats:
FILMS
- 1st and 2nd features (fiction & documentary)
- Short films (fiction, documentary, animation and experimental)
PROJECTS
- Features and short films projects and series projects in any development phase, from concept to post-production
- All genres and filmmaking techniques, including, fiction, documentary, animation and experimental films
Submissions will only be considered complete and valid after the confirmation of the payment of each specific period.

Please register and fill in all the categories as completely as possible. Please do not submit the same work in more than one option.
