After five years, the Dragon Forum can be proud of the strong position it has gained in the European documentary film industry and the fact that it has become a recognizable brand. We have managed to create a wide network of contacts between filmmakers and investors, and to help many people to develop their creative projects. The Dragon Forum has significantly contributed to the production of such films as: 'Gugara' by Andrzej Dybczak and Jacek Nagłowski, PL; 'Robinsons of Mantisinaari' by Victor Asliuk and Volha Dashuk, BY; 'Rabbit a la Berlin' by Bartek Konopka and Piotr Rosołowski, PL; 'Mama umerla w subbotu na kuchnie' by Maksim Vasyanovich and Natalka Dolgha, UA, 'The Invisible Strings - The Talented Pusker Sisters' by Agnes Sos, HU; 'Home Alone' by Ionut Carpatorea, RO; and 'Themerson & Themerson' by Wiktoria Szymańska, PL.

Based on those experiences and encouragement from the filmmakers, we have decided to expand and deepen the Dragon Forum program. We are replacing the 'workshops' with an 'Academy'.
