The 16th edition of MIPCOM Junior, the specialist international screening marketplace and conference for children’s programming and merchandising will be held on the 11-12 October at the Carlton Hotel, Cannes.
During her Keynote Address, Ms. Zarghami will share her vision of how the localization of global hit creative properties can result in a stronger worldwide brand presence.

European Film Promotion and Variety Critics' Choice have announced the ten titles chosen for the 11th year of the section at the Karlovy Vary film festival, running July 4-12. Seven of the films are debuts, with one film from Central Europe.
Ondrej Zach has been named HBO Central Europe vice president of Programming and Acquisitions, based in HBO's Prague offices.
Love and Other Crimes, a Serbian-German-Austrian-Slovenian co-production directed by Stefan Arsenijevic, won the Audience Award at the fifth edition of the film festival Crossing Europe, which closed April 27 in Linz, Austria.
