After their success in Cannes, MagicLab introduces other co-productions and movies at KVIFF - Karlovy Vary International Festival.

The following grants were announced by the Bulgarian National Film Center on 29 June 2017.

ŁÓDŹ: Documentary The Director’s Chair, Mostafa Derkaoui / Fauteuil de cinéaste, Mostafa Derkaoui directed by Sophie Delvallée wrapped shooting in Poland. The film is a French/Moroccan/Polish coproduction with Poland’s Entertain Pictures coproducing.

For the second time, Prague-based international script and project development program MIDPOINT teams up with high-profile experts from Sundance Institute, APA – Audiovisual Producers' Association and Karlovy Vary IFF, offer emerging film talents from the region a unique opportunity to go in-depth with their scripts. Supported by The Ministry of Culture of Czech Republic and the Czech Film Fund.
