Big screen for big cinema adventures – RIGA IFF invites to children’s and family film screenings
Festivals 03-10-2024Riga International Film Festival (RIGA IFF, 17–27 October) 11th edition places a special emphasis on children’s and family films – over two weekends, in-person screenings and online, the festival will screen a sumptuous film selection from Europe and the world – KIDS’ REEL, suited for ages 2 to 14. KIDS’ REEL will present three feature films, including – for the first time in the festival programme – an anime genre film for the whole family, the world premiere of the beloved short animated series The Magic Wardrobe, as well as relaxed screenings of animation shorts. Tickets to KIDS’ REEL screenings, as well as special family tickets, are available on the festival’s website (rigaiff.lv), and at Biļešu Serviss sales points.
BUDAPEST: The big budget 10-hour series Rise of the Raven produced by Robert Lantos is heading the lineup of Beta Film at the MIPCOM in Cannes (21 – 24 October 2024), where it will have its world premiere on 22 October 2024.
