Unifrance presents the second edition of MyFrenchAnimationDays (MyFAD), a special initiative to highlight the creativity of French animation and its industry, with the aim of raising awareness among audiences around the world. This is being done with the support of its partners, particularly its distributor, producer and animation exporter members.

TALLINN: Films by George Ovashvili and Csaba Káel are among the 17 feature films selected for the Official Selection Competition of the 29th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF). The most important film festival in the Baltics will be held from 7 to 23 November 2025.

VILNIUS: All the 12 short film projects from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the guest country Hungary, selected for the 13th Baltic Pitching Forum (BPF, 7 -10 October 2025), were pitched in Vilnius before international film experts - BPF Panel and Baltic Producers Jury. The winners were announced.

Fourth edition of the international masters programme has started

The fourth cohort of our executive master's program European Film Business and Law LL.M. | MBA has kicked off the winter semester. Eleven professionals from nine countries (including Germany, Romania, Switzerland, South Korea, and Jersey) joined the inaugural session. From international sales specialists and filmmakers to lawyers and curators, this diverse group brings unique perspectives to the program's blend of legal expertise and business management for the European film sector.

  • The 117 titles in PÖFF Shorts' 5 international competitions were selected from a record-breaking submission of over 5600 films. 
  • 13 World Premieres across the international competitions, including New Talents and Kids Animation
  • Part of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, PÖFF Shorts will take place from November 11-19 with screenings in Tallinn and Tartu. 

The 29th Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF) has unveiled the line-up and international jury for its 2025 Official Selection Competition, presenting 17 feature films, including 16 world premieres and one international premiere.

This year, the 13th edition of the Baltic Pitching Forum (BPF) welcomed filmmaking talents from the Baltic countries and Hungary to the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius on 7-10 October. Pitching twelve projects to key industry figures, alongside participating in a series of talks, lectures, and training sessions, the selected filmmakers benefited from the Forum, which continues to be regarded as the most important short film industry event in the Baltic region.

BELGRAD: David Jovanović’s sophomore feature Sun Never Again / Sunce nikad više has been selected as Serbia’s candidate for the 98th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences award in the Best International Feature Film category.
