BELGRADE: Retro-chic teen comedy Haiduk in Belgrade by Milan Todorović and sequel The Return of Žika’s Dynasty by Milan Konjević are third and ninth, with 150,687 and 91,202 admissions, respectively, in the Serbian Top 10 in 2025.

BELGRADE: Over 20,000 tickets were sold at the first edition of the Belgrade Film Festival (30 January - 6 February 2026), organised by the Association of Citizens BFF Belgrade Film Festival.

This coproduction among Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia had its Serbian premiere in the festival’s International Competition.

BELGRADE: Vladimir Tagić’s debut feature Yugo Florida was the closing film of the 31st Auteur Film Festival (21 – 28 November 2025). It is a coproduction among Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Bulgaria.

BELGRADE: Serbian-Romanian director Ivana Mladenović's Sorella di Clausura had its national premiere at the ongoing 31st edition of the Auteur Film Festival (21 – 28 November 2025). The film is a coproduction among Romania, Serbia, Italy and Spain.

BELGRADE: Canadian-Serbian director Sanja Živković’s sophomore feature Cat’s Cry / Mačji krik had its national premiere in the main programme of the Auteur Film Festival (FAF) in Belgrade, running 21 – 28 November 2026. The script  was written by Goran Paskaljević, whose sons, Vladimir and Petar, produced the film.
