From 26th to 30th September, connecting cottbus visited the Prishtina International Film Festival. Martina Bleis held a workshop with upcoming producers from the region at the “PriFilmForum”.

Bernd Buder, who also is a programme consultant for the festival, moderated the panel discussion on "Funding Films from the Balkan". The “PriFilmForum” is the industry platform of the festival which has been founded four years ago. It aims to build up a network between producers from the region (Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia) and connects them with the international film industry. In cooperation with the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, connecting cottbus organized a reception at the Prishtina Film Festival at the 28th September.
