FNE at Cyprus Short Film Festival: Out of Sight Grabs the Spotlight

    LIMASSOL: David Hands and Christina Georgiou’s film Out of Sight won first prize for best short film in the national competition, while director Ursula Meier won first prize for best short film for Quite Mujo in the international competition at the 5th International Short Film Festival of Cyprus (ISFFC). The festival wrapped in Limassol on 23 October 2015.

    The jury that judged the 12 Cypriot films and 57 international films which took part in the festival was composed of producer and Artist Director of the Maisha Film Lab for East African Fibby Kioria, director, producer and writer Bruno Coppola, producer and director Simon Farmakas, curator of the Hong Kong Arts Centre Teresa Kwong, and film critic Sherif Award.
