The film, about a woman who discovers her husband’s war crimes and must decide how to respond, is produced by Snezana Penev for This and That Productions (www.thisandthat.rs). The script, based on a real story, has been in development for one year, receiving critical attention. Karanovic is co-writing and co-directing with Stevan Filipovic.
The producers have 30 percent of the 670,000 EUR budget in place. The filmmakers lined up ten meetings in Cottbus, including interest from Poland and the Czech Republic.
