The programme is specifically directed to female professionals working in mid- to senior-level management positions along the audiovisual production value chain, and it aims at strengthening women's abilities, empowering them to tackle present-day industry hurdles, devise cutting-edge business strategies, and fully embrace the digital era's opportunities.
Through a thoroughly tested and improved programme structure, participants will gain valuable insights to explore and uncover their own potential and pathways, strengthen their resilience and get the tools in hand to grow personally as well as professionally, all while building a very unique, strong and supportive network of like minded women.
The programme includes on-site and online workshops led by seasoned experts, exclusive individual business coaching sessions as well as a self-learning phase with access to a specially selected set of EPI’s eTrainings.
In addition to female professionals, the programme also includes hiring managers from their respective companies through a two-day training addressing gender equality and diversity management.
AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN is organised by the Erich Pommer Institut with support from Creative Europe – MEDIA and in partnership with EAVE – European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs, Göteborg Film Festival and EWA - European Women’s Audiovisual Network. Further partners will be announced soon.
