PORTOROZ: Four Things I Wanted To Do With You, the second feature by Miha Knific, is competing at the Slovenian Film Festival in Portoroz. The 18th edition of the festival takes place from 15 to 20 September 2015.

The story written by Žiga Valetič and Miha Knific is focusing on a group of 30-year old friends trying to reflect their attitude towards love and people surrounding them. Simon, during renovating the apartment that he shares with his girlfriend, goes to the seaside to visit an old friend. There he meets his long forgotten student love and his life turns upside down.

The film stars Klemen Novak, Mojca Fatur, Iva Kanjc and the well-known Slovenian actor Marko Mandić (Inferno, Vinko Möderndorfer, Forum Ljubljana, 2014; Landscape No. 2, Vinko Möderndorfer, Forum Ljubljana, 2008).

The film is entirely produced by RTV Slovenija with a budget of 414,000 EUR. “Miha Knific uses his personal artistic approach to make a generation film that we believe it will receive international recognition”, the producer Jani Virk told FNE.

The 39 old Slovenian director is known for his multimedia interest. He has made several short films before his debut feature Let Me Sleep (Studio Arkadena, 2006). He is currently finishing a new feature, Perseverance (Nukleus Film, 2015).
