ZLIN: The winners have been announced for the 55th International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlin.

In a week, a new, exclusive DOK.Incubator programme for Czech and Slovak films starts.

BRUSSELS: The National Film Center of Latvia has compiled a comprehensive list of films, from classics to contemporary masterpieces, to be released in a new collection. This initiative is a part of the Latvian EU Council Presidency cultural programme.

 Yesterday, Lithuania as a guest country of Krakow Film Festival started its special program “Focus on Lithuania”. This is the beginning of Lithuanian cinema tour in Poland. After Krakow Film Festival, the tour will continue at Wroclaw and Gdynia film festivals.

Among the seven world and six international premieres, the festival will introduce new movies by Dietrich Brüggemann and Romanian filmmakers Anca Damian and Florin Şerban, as well as the feature debut of the rising star of Italian cinema Ferdinando Cito Filomarino

KARLOVY VARY: The 50th Karlovy Vary Film Festival will run from 3 to 11 July 2015. The Jubilee aims to be an extraordinary celebration of cinema, filmmakers and most of all, the audience itself.

KRAKOW: The Krakow Film Festival has started it's Focus on Lithuania section with a total of eight films. The programme features mainly documentary films, as well as fiction and animation.

LIMA: Malgorzata Szumowska's film Body has won the sixth edition of Al Este de Lima Film Festival, the only festival in South America dedicated to Eastern European Films.

The first airport movie theatre Film Box LT  in the Eastern and Northern Europe was launched at Vilnius Airport. Now passengers waiting for their flights can enjoy their time at the airport even more and watch Lithuanian creators’ films in Film Box LT free of charge.
