Keynote speakers including Jan Truszczyński, Director-General of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Education and Culture and Bogdan Zdrojewski, Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage will come together with both pan-European and national leaders for the first time not just for discussion but to craft an agenda for future action.
