BUCHAREST: FNE spoke to Romanian producer/director Tudor Petremarin, founder of the Romanian production house Fulg Media Productions, about the Creative Romanian FilmMakers project, which took part in the Market of the Cannes Film Festival 2024, as well as the Romanian film industry and its relaunched cash rebate scheme.
FNE together with German Films is launching the Year of German Central European Films 2024 with a special focus on German films in Central and Eastern European countries plus Cyprus and Malta, as well as FNE partner countries’ films screening in Germany. TALLINN: The first international territories where the Estonian/German/Latvian/Lithuanian trilogy Melchior: The Apothecary by Elmo Nüganen was sold by Global Screen are France, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. In Estonia the trilogy had almost 300,000 admissions.
