Registration Certificates with three months time to apply for the rebate will be issued on 16 February. Applications filed within the first week will be granted priority. Rebates will be issued at the end of the production process as cash grants.

There is no cap on the amount per project but eligible expenditure may not exceed 80% of its total budget. The fund can provide up to 50% of a project’s budget, up to 60% for a coproduction with members of the European Convention on Cinematographic Coproductions and up to 90% for culturally demanding cinematographic works.

There will be at least one call a year with a one month deadline. Any applications received afterwards will be considered in the next call.
