KARLOVY VARY: George Ovashvili's astonishing psychological drama is one of the three case studies presented at the FNE Coproduction Event on Wednesday 8 July in Karlovy Vary.

SARAJEVO: A total of 14 projects and three guest projects have been selected to CineLink,  the co-production market of Sarajevo International Film Festival (14-22 August 2015). The projects are directed by Aida Begić, Erol Mintas and Tinatin Kajrishvili among others.

ŽILINA: We Can't Live Without Cosmos by Konstantin Bronzit has won the Anča Award at the 8th edition of Fest Anča International Animation Festival (24-28 June 2015). 

TRENČIANSKE TEPLICE: Jayro Bustamante's debut feature Ixcanul won the Blue Angel Award at the 23th Art Film Fest (19-26 June 2015), the main film event in Slovakia. 

WROCLAW: The 6th edition of the New Horizons Studio will kick off 26 July 2015 in the Polish city of Wroclaw with a line-up of some of the top European talent in directing and producing on board.  One of the most important training programmes in CEE NH Studio is organized within the framework of the 15th T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival which takes place 23 July-2 August 2015. 

VIENNA: LET'S CEE Film Festival has announced the first titles of the more than 100 feature films, documentaries and short films from Central and Eastern Europe will be screened during its fourth edition October 1-11, 2015 in Vienna. The event will also include a programme of Master Classes, panel discussions, exhibitions and concerts.

KARLOVY VARY: Projects from Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey have been selected at the Works in Progress section in the 50th Karlovy Vary IFF.

ŽILINA: Slovak and Czech animation producers have urged public broadcasters to increase coproductions between Czech and Slovak public television and to increase the emphasis on regional cooperation as the only solution to increase funding for animated TV projects in Slovakia.

The pilot edition of the international project KineDok will be introduced at Karlovy Vary IFF, Husovka Theatre on 4 July 2015. 

TALLINN: Application for the 4th edition of Baltic Bridge East by West (B’EST), the producers' workshop set up in cooperation with EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs) and with the support from Creative Europe MEDIA Programme, is now open for 12 participants.
