By way of awarding a total of three prizes, the FilmFestival Cottbus, together with the East-West co-production market connecting cottbus (coco), launches itself into the new festival season. During the East European Brunch hosted by the FilmFestival Cottbus, coco and the federal representation offices of the Federal State of Brandenburg in Berlin, the 22nd FilmFestival Cottbus Promotion Prize of Gesellschaft zur Wahrnehmung von Film- und Fernsehrechten (GWFF) donated by GWFF went to Tamás Noveczky, a Hungarian media student. The stipend endowed with 4,500 Euro is intended for enabling a study visit abroad.
