ZAGREB: Acclaimed Croatian director, screenwriter and professor Zrinko Ogresta passed away at age 68.

VALLETTA: The hit franchise Holmes 3, directed by Philip Barantini, which was shot in Malta benefiting from the cash rebate, premiered on Netflix on 1 July 2026.

VALLETTA: Maltese director Joshua Cassar Gaspar’s directorial debut, The Theft of the Caravaggio, is heading to North America. Following its acquisition by a US distributor, the film will launch on major digital platforms, including Apple TV and Amazon.
