Croatia 16-06-2021ZAGREB: The Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC) announced on 15 June 2021 additional support to four feature films and two short films whose production has been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

BUCHAREST: The TV documentary series The Sewer Kids, created by Michela Scolari and with the Emmy winner David Zuckerman (Family Guy) among the producers, is shooting in Bucharest from 7 to 27 June 2021. The main partner in Romania is the Parada Foundation, which has been helping children and families living in the street since 1996.
“Far Eastern Golgotha”, “The Hangman at Home” and “Walk with Angels” are the golden winners of the 61st Krakow Film Festival. On Saturday, 5 June at the Kijów cinema, the international jury awarded the best documentaries, shorts and animated films that had been competing for experts’ and audiences’ attention both in Krakow cinemas and online throughout the festival week.

BUCHAREST: The Romanian Alliance of Film Producers (AFP), comprising most of Romanian production companies, has issued a new appeal to the authorities, hoping that they will finally restart the cash rebate scheme (which has been halted for 20 months) and will pay a debt of more than 35 m EUR to international productions shot in Romania since the scheme was launched in the autumn of 2018.
