Estonia 17-03-2020TALLINN: Tallinn Black Nights' programmer Laurence Boyce, his colleagues from Cannes, Berlin, Venice, Locarno and many others support the My Darling Quarantine Short Film Festival (MDQSFF). This online festival launched on 16 March 2020 will donate half of the money from the viewers to Médecins Sans Frontières, and half to a cause that will help cultural workers affected by the COVID-19 outburst.

Czech Government Closes Borders to 18 Countries and Declares COVID-19 Emergency
Czech Republic 13-03-2020PRAGUE: The Czech government has announced it is shutting its borders to foreigners from 18 high risk countries starting at midnight on Friday 13 March. This includes Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and USA. Czech citizens will also not be able to visit those countries.
ZAGREB: The 158th Board of Management meeting of Eurimages, which was due to take place in Zagreb from 17 to 20 March 2020, has been cancelled.
PRAGUE: One World Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in cooperation with DAFilms.cz will make the films programmed for the rest of the festival available online. The festival started on 5 March, but had to be stopped on 10 March 2020 due to the spread of Coronavirus.
