BERLIN: Three documentaries from Central and Eastern Europe have been included in the first ever EFA Documentary Selection for the 28th European Film Awards. The selection comprises 15 European documentaries.

NICOSIA: The world sales, distribution and production company Tetraktys Films has put documentaries and short fiction films from its catalogue on the Vimeo VOD platform.

BUCHAREST: Turner Broadcasting System’s flagship entertainment brand TNT will be launched in Romania on 6 October 2015. The channel will broadcast in SD and HD.

ZAGREB: This year’s edition of Zagreb Film Festival will take place from 14 to 22 November. The central programme will focus on fiction films, while documentaries will screen only in side sections. The festival will also introduce other changes.

PIEŠTANY: The Duke of Burgundy by Peter Strickland won the Meeting Point Europe Award at the 10th Cinematik Film Festival running from 10 to 15 September 2015, while wave vs. shore / vlna vs. breh by Martin Štrba won the Cinematik.doc Award.
