The twenty-one edition of Astra Film Festival, which will take place between 6-12 October 2014 in Sibiu, presents a selection of the latest documentaries shot in Romania, both by romanian and foreign filmmakers, representing a radiography of the romanian society beginning with the communist era until today. The films deal directly with current sensitive subjects and controversial historic episodes.

The ratings give an overview of the critics’ opinions from a large number of countries and provide insights to what critics in many different countries think about the programme.
