Berlin/Potsdam - Following a succesful first edition of "Berlin - 3 months 24/7", a scholarship for young Israeli filmmakers, the Medienboard Berlin-Brandenburg, Israel Film Fund and Jerusalem Film Festival jointly announced the winner of this year's artist-in-residence scholarship during the Israeli reception at the Berlinale:
