FNE asked him about his career as a filmmaker, painter and poet. Skolimowski tells FNE why he believes the work of the Polish Film Institute is responsible for the present renaissance of Polish film.
SARAJEVO: Death in Sarajevo by Danis Tanović has been selected as Bosnia and Herzegovina's entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 89th Academy Awards. The decision was made by the Association of Filmmakers of BiH.
The grants were announced on 30 August 2016. They were decided by the Croatian Audiovisual Centre following the third TV Stock Exchange held on 29 June 2016.
MEDIAȘ: The 6th edition of Mediaş Central European Film Festival (MeCEFF) announced the seven films from CEE in the competition. They are the winners of their national prizes in 2015. Russia is a special guest this year.
