She talks about the pros and cons of planning projects in public private partnerships and searching for an investor during a crisis. This podcast is part of eVilnius, the Lithuanian SOFA workshop 2020, which took place from 15 to 19 June online this year. The project is supported by German Federal Foreign Office, the Creative Europe MEDIA programme of the EU, the Lithuanian Film Centre, Fundacja Współpracy Polsko-Niemieckiej and the Polish Film Institute.

VALLETTA: The 2020 edition of the Valletta Film Festival (VFF), Malta’s first feature-length film festival aiming to showcase high-quality international works to local audiences, has been cancelled this year due to a lack of public funding. The news aroused controversy within the arts community in the European Union’s smallest member state.
VALLETTA: Over 73 percent of Malta’s population watched television during the month of March 2020, according to the island’s Broadcasting Authority. The number represents an increase of nearly 10 percent over 2019 figures.
On Sunday, June 7th, the 60th Krakow Film Festival finished with the screenings of the awarded films; it’s the first film festival in Poland that happened entirely online and ended in the Kino Pod Baranami cinema in Krakow! During the 8 festival days we organised 230 screenings and showed 172 latest documentary, animated and short films from all over the world, which were watched by the audience of over 40 000 people!
