PRAGUE: Norwegian director Bard Breien (The Art of Negative Thinking) will begin the shooting The Down’s Detective, a Norwegian-Czech-Danish-German coproduction, on 29 August 2012 in the Czech Republic. The film about a private detective with Down’s syndrome is set in Oslo.
