WARSAW: See below the full list of FNE partner countries' candidates for the 94th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences award in the Best International Feature Film category.

TALLINN: New projects by George Ovashvili, Tereza Nvotova, Karolis Kaupinis and Konstantin Bojanov are in the official selection of the Baltic Event Co-Production Market 2021, which will be held on 24-25 November 2021.

BERLIN: My Uncle Tudor by Olga Lucovnicova is among the five titles nominated in the European Short Film 2021 category. The 34th European Film Awards will be held on 11 December 2021.

JIHLAVA: The 25th Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival, which takes place 26-31 October 2021, continues to introduce the up-and-coming generation of European producers of documentary films.

On the occasion of the 34th European Film Awards on 11 December, the European Film Academy proudly announces the nominations for the award category EUROPEAN SHORT FILM 2021.

The official selection of the Baltic Event Co-Production Market 2021, taking place on 24-25 November proves that, despite the challenging times, filmmakers have continued to put hard work and dedication into the development of their projects. As Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event's focus country this year is the United Kingdom, the UK is represented with two projects.

PODGORICA: The first part of the shooting for The Bay / Zaliv directed by Draško Đurović and starring Marisa Berenson wrapped on the Montenegrin coast. The film is a coproduction between Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

SARAJEVO: Igor Drljača’s third feature film The White Fortress / Tabija has been selected as Bosnia and Herzegovina’s candidate for the 94th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences award in the Best International Feature Film category. The film is a Canadian/Bosnian coproduction.

JIHLAVA: The 5th edition of Ji.hlava Academy will take place online from 27 to 30 October 2021. The educational, networking and inspiring platform open to emerging filmmakers in non-fiction contemporary cinema will focus on Film Poetry.

LJUBLJANA: Ten films will run for the Kingfisher Award for the best film in the Perspectives competition of the 32nd Ljubljana International Film Festival (LIFFe), which will be held in cinemas from 10 to 21 November 2021.
